We’re having an ant problem with our house so we called Cheney Pest Control and they sent out Travis within a few days. Travis was phenomenal when he visited. He was very quick to get to the work and his manners were extremely well. He asked before entering every room and he explained the process to me and what I needed to expect. He seemed to be very patient as well. I mean, the guy listened to my complaints and reassured me that it was a common problem at this time given the weather conditions. I also was unprepared when he showed up and he allowed me to move things as he got to them. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone in need based off of this experience. Once again, I am very thankful that Travis showed up and was such a brilliant guy. He was so helpful that he left no room for me to ask , so he gets 5 stars from me.

The whole experience was positive.. The quality oof the homes is very good. Joe Diccio was the salesperson who helped us. Very Professional and a salesperson with no drama. Straight to the point and clear. Would recommend to deal with him if you like clear and straight forward interaction with salespersons.
