I rarely do reviews, but this one is too important to ignore since I consider the air conditioning the most important component in my house. Zach, who is the lead tech for Philips AC came over Friday evening at 6:30 and was here about 2 and 1/2 hours and worked on my 13-year-old package 4 ton AC system for a 2000 square foot house which had conked out a couple hours previously and was not responding at all to any of my usual tricks. Zach replaced the thermostat which inside batteries had pretty much disintegrated.
