I cannot recommend Heather Lucas enough! I sought her out specifically because she is a Certified Redken Colorist. I have had a long history of hair stylists using lightener on my hair rather than color because they thought my hair would not lift leaving me with damaged hair. However, Heather was different from the start. When I first met her for consultation, she took the time to sit down, talk through my ideas, desires and concerns.
She then recommended a strand test before we decided on the color together which no previous stylish has ever done for me. I felt heard and cared for.
She is extremely talented. I have had base color changes, highlights, and balayage over the past 2+ years. I have been able to experiment with all these techniques because of her skills.
Every time I see her, I leave the salon feeling pampered, confident and loving the final result.
