They were told I was in an emergency situation. Me and my mom had a choice go to my eye appointment. They did not cancel the appointment and charged a no show fee They will never get. BEcause I already had issues before their eye glasses range from free tacky frames to beautiful high-priced frames that fall apart easy at rages to 200 dollars. Not one pair survived a whole year. I bought frames from Vooglam even more beautiful and better quality but due to an accident I lost a screw didn't have an eyeglass kit so thought I'd ask them to put a screw in no because I didn't buy them there ended up giving the frames to an ex friend who stole them instead of putting the screw in. The office staff was heartless didn't call emergency when I said I was walking into traffic because the screw luckily a concerned person picked me up in the middle of the road calmed me down and took me home.

Where do I even begin, everything about this establishment is awesome. The doctors and family are rockstars!!! wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my vision. Can we also talk about how amazing their customer service is when needed! Keep up the fabulous work best eye care in town hands down!
