“My experience working with Lou Phillips painting was absolutely seamless start to finish. Lou (the owner!) came to my house to see the job and later that same day emailed me a detailed quote. Once I signed the wheels were in motion. I was contacted by Ray re scheduling and there were zero problems, changes, issues with the job. The 3-man crew completed the painting meticulously in just a few days. Once they started they were never pulled to work on another job so mine was finished as scheduled. Unfortunately , I think it's unusual for a contractor to not require a deposit, to stick to the schedule and to be a great communicator throughout the process. I will absolutely hire again. “Al's Flooring is our go-to team for renovation efforts. We have used them three times over the years including two full bathroom remodels and the conversion of a washroom into a third pool bath. The team are extremely professional and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The workers show up daily at the prescribed time and work a full day and depart on time. The team cleans up their tools and work area every day. Any potential delays or changes to schedule are communicated right away. We quote shop and Al's is always very competitive. The workers are meticulous and the attention to detail is outstanding. I've seen them tear something down to re-do it because it didn't meet their standard, not ours. “I recently purchased a condo on Indian Rocks Beach and I live in Boston. I was a little nervous about the renovation because I had never met Michael but he came highly recommended. I walked in after the renovations and was very happy. He took down the popcorn ceilings, painted the entire unit and also installed LVP flooring. The condo looked totally different and is so light and bright and Iove the floors. Michael checked in with me almost every day and sent me pictures of the progress. “Hired Abbott Flooring to put down 1400 square feet of tile in a single family home for my friends parents. There was an addition where the transition was not smooth that they fixed in order to have a perfect finish. The installation was done perfectly. All tiles are level and in perfect pattern. The owner Tony arrived on time and was transparent about his process, services and pricing. He has a motto “ You don’t pay one cent unless you are 100 % satisfied.” He has been cleaning carpets since 1990 and this is evident by the quality of his work. My wife was pleased with the results. “Debbie, the owner, was very helpful in matching up tile for a new shower (a tub converted to a step in shower), and the shower matched to the bathroom floor. It was the same pattern that came both glossy and matte finish, so glossy in the shower and matte on the bathroom floor. She paired it with the perfect color in a small square for the shower floor. Very nice look. … I stopped in a few times trying to decide, and she was always very patient with me.“

“This job involved 3 rooms of over 858 sq ft. They first had to install Hardie Backer floor raiser so the finished floor would be at the same height as my travertine flooring. Their estimate was competitive with others but they could do the work in a week rather than 6 to 8 weeks from other contractors. They were here for 2 days and extremely professional. Tony, his father, and brother are a great team. They have a slogan on their shirts "we always measure to your expectations!" They did and well beyond. Tony came to my house to review what I needed done provided an estimate and within hours called back to ask me about the carpet removal as I had forgotten to include that as part of the job. When I paid them, I felt I got more value than they were receiving. The floor is beautiful which I wish I had done long ago. Thanks G & R Flooring for the wonderful work and easy change to my house. Anyone needing flooring work performed would be foolish not to hire these professionals.“
