“My experience working with Lou Phillips painting was absolutely seamless start to finish. Lou (the owner!) came to my house to see the job and later that same day emailed me a detailed quote. Once I signed the wheels were in motion. I was contacted by Ray re scheduling and there were zero problems, changes, issues with the job. The 3-man crew completed the painting meticulously in just a few days. Once they started they were never pulled to work on another job so mine was finished as scheduled. Unfortunately , I think it's unusual for a contractor to not require a deposit, to stick to the schedule and to be a great communicator throughout the process. I will absolutely hire again. “Al's Flooring is our go-to team for renovation efforts. We have used them three times over the years including two full bathroom remodels and the conversion of a washroom into a third pool bath. The team are extremely professional and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The workers show up daily at the prescribed time and work a full day and depart on time. The team cleans up their tools and work area every day. Any potential delays or changes to schedule are communicated right away. We quote shop and Al's is always very competitive. The workers are meticulous and the attention to detail is outstanding. I've seen them tear something down to re-do it because it didn't meet their standard, not ours. “I recently purchased a condo on Indian Rocks Beach and I live in Boston. I was a little nervous about the renovation because I had never met Michael but he came highly recommended. “Hired Abbott Flooring to put down 1400 square feet of tile in a single family home for my friends parents. There was an addition where the transition was not smooth that they fixed in order to have a perfect finish. The installation was done perfectly. All tiles are level and in perfect pattern. “I am new to the Largo area and my wife and I were in need of a good carpet cleaner. We made an appointment with Master Performance Cleaning Services. The owner Tony arrived on time and was transparent about his process, services and pricing. He has a motto “ You don’t pay one cent unless you are 100 % satisfied.” He has been cleaning carpets since 1990 and this is evident by the quality of his work. My wife was pleased with the results. He cleaned all my carpets and did my area rugs. Everything is 100% clean. I highly recommend MPCS.“

“Before we connected with Flooring America we had a hardwood floor installed that was a squeaking mess. We had to pull the floor up and admit it was never going to work. Then we were referred to Flooring America in Dunedin. Both Dave and Will acted as a team along with their installers to give us a quality, attractive, with no squeaks hardwood floor. It is great doing business with people who know their craft.“

“Customer Service is Everything. In a time of inept customer service caused by lack of compassion by most workers (these are the times we live in), there is still hope. Here is my timeline - 01/2021, new VPF flooring purchased and installed. By 06/2021, the flooring began to exhibit signs of deterioration of cupping and bowing, along with exuding a liquid material which caused the floor to start "rotting". I immediately reached out to the sales rep from Bob's who sold me the floor initially and he came out for an inspection. Thus began my journey with Bob's and defective flooring. Between 06/2021 to date, I have been working very closely with Bob's to get this unfortunate issue resolved. To say it wasn't frustrating, would be an understatement. However, the one constant which kept my sanity and me as a customer from unleashing the wrath I severely wanted to for the shear irritation surrounding the situation was Dean, the store manager at Bob's in South Sarasota. He was extremely patient, courteous and did everything in his power to help rectify the situation that never should have occurred. Like others, I experienced some issues with the installers, but through all that, Dean remained, kind, communicative and fair. In the end, I received a brand new, gorgeous floor and couldn't be happier. Even through the trials and tribulations, I learned a lot about the flooring process, and I encourage everyone to check out the store. They have some amazing folks working there, happy to help when you are ready! Dean, words cannot express my gratitude. Bob's truly is lucky to have you in their corner.“

“Debbie, the owner, was very helpful in matching up tile for a new shower (a tub converted to a step in shower), and the shower matched to the bathroom floor. It was the same pattern that came both glossy and matte finish, so glossy in the shower and matte on the bathroom floor. She paired it with the perfect color in a small square for the shower floor. Very nice look. … I stopped in a few times trying to decide, and she was always very patient with me.“
