“We had an incredible experience with Floor Depot in Dunedin, and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough!<br><br>We actually came to Floor Depot after having a terrible experience with a large nationwide flooring company. The quality of both the flooring and the installation was so disappointing that we realized we had made a huge mistake and needed to completely change direction. That’s when we found Floor Depot, and the difference between the two experiences was night and day.<br><br>From the very beginning, the customer service was incredible. While we were still deciding on flooring, they let us take home large wood samples so we could actually see how they looked throughout our house. They even drove to our home to swap out some of the samples for us! It’s 2026, when it sometimes feels like genuine customer service has disappeared, but Floor Depot still has it!!!<br><br>We ultimately had wood flooring installed throughout our second and third floors, plus brand-new carpet in our office and on two sets of stairs. We chose a thicker carpet padding for the stairs, which made such a difference and feels amazing.<br><br>David, Greg, and both the wood and carpet installation teams were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was honest, ethical, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product. The craftsmanship still blows me away.<br><br>With our previous flooring, I would walk around the house constantly thinking about how badly I wanted to replace it. Now I walk around and just think, “These floors are GORGEOUS.” It completely changed how I feel about our home.<br><br>If you’re looking for flooring, especially if you value quality workmanship and actual customer service, go to Floor Depot in Dunedin.
