Ac at apartment was leaking water causing the carpets to mold and smell. Michael was professional, and considerate and efficient in removing the stains, shampooing, disinfecting, and steam cleaning the carpets removing the smell. He went above and beyond and did the entirety of carpets and not just the affected area.

I interviewed several flooring places and Mike was the one that showed up on time, had samples and suggestions and gave me a quote that same day. It was his customer service skills that won me over.Once I chose him, he had his team, led by George, come out the very next business day. They worked 11 hours straight to get it all done in 1 day. To say I was impressed is not even close. They were amazing. They cleaned up when they were done and made sure to do a walk through with me to make sure I was happy. My floors are beautiful. I am so happy. Thank you Mike, George and your team. You guys are top notch at Carpet Pros.
