“Our builder was unable to include a pool with our new home because of the wait time to get it done. It turns out, because of that, we went shopping for a pool company and decided on Agua Pools. Boy, was that a good decision! The workmanship, quality, and professionalism with Agua was heads and tails above what we think we might have received from other companies. As is the case with any service promised, the proof of any good company is the service after completion, and they have it. We had a couple of issues that needed attention, and they were more than happy to take care of it without complaint!“

From start to finish, I couldn't be so pleased. Nate that ordered my windows, was on top of things when my association turned me down for my front bay window. One phone call to the building department Nate found out my association was wrong in what they were stating. It did meet code. Good job Nate. Scott who measured the windows was very nice and professional. Thanks Scott.... perfect fit.

Never would I think, I would of been so Excited and Happy about windows. Windows are a big investment and I know my choice on having Dovi Windows was a good one.

When Ray, Quin and John showed up, the first day of installation, they took the time to make sure everything was protected and covered up, to begin their job. They took pride in their job and in my home.

Ray, Quin and John have exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism has been outstanding. Ray's knowledge and attention to detail is above and beyond what I could of ever imagined. If it's not perfect, Ray makes it perfect. You are the best Ray. I'm sure Dovi knows that. Quin and John are learning a lot under Ray's supervision. You can't get any better installers to come into your home and make it look fabulous.

Ray's trim work is exceptional. The details and dimension around my windows are absolutely amazing. I am a big fan of his expertise.

And it's not just the inside. The details on the outside is just as amazing. I am attaching pictures, zoom in they are beautiful. Even look better in person.

I can't say enough good things about this company. And my installers, paying attention to every little detail. You won't be unhappy with anything by choosing Dovi Wndows. A+ all the way...

“Ours was not an easy job but Tim, the president of US Exteriors, did everything he could to satisfy us. Our original contract was signed with the General manager Andrew ***** who is no longer with the company. We signed in July 2021 but due to issues with the installation of hurricane windows they were unable to complete the job until February of 2022. During that time Andrew sent some workers to fix some necessary stucco work that was very substandard. I told Tim of this issue and he assured me that it would be done right and sent Luis, associated with US Exteriors for 12 years who is extremely talented and skilled. When our window issue reached a point where the house could be painted Tim immediately sent Luis, the head of one of his best teams. Through some additional negotiations dealing with the extent of the needed stucco work, I am happy to report that our home is beautifully repainted and ready for enjoyment for years to come. US Exteriors did everything they said they would. We are very pleased with their work.“
