My husband and I are buying a beach property and we wanted to have a second opinion regarding an item identified by an inspector. Anthony with LAV Engineering was absolutely excellent. I had a great experience with Louis. He went above and beyond to address my concerns, which thankfully turned out to be less severe than I feared. He inspected my house thoroughly, explained his observations clearly, and was honest in telling us we did not have the issues we thought we had. His assessment saved us thousands of dollars on a repair we do not need. He also put me in contact with another service provider that could address the actual issue we’re having, which is outside his scope of services. Highly recommend!

So easy to work with and great communication! They helped immensely with the rebuild plans after I had a fire in my existing home! I have no immediate plans for a new home, but if I ever have the opportunity, I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!
