“I called Master Tech on a Saturday morning, when I noticed water in the ceiling. Within an hour, Derek and a technician were at my house. They quickly assessed the situation, and while working, ensured that they were as careful as possible to make a minimal mess. The small mess that they did make, was cleaned up, and apart from the hole in the ceiling, you’d never know they were there. Derek provided all the information I would need to get the leak repaired, and to get the hole patched. He showed me how to use the drying equipment, and made sure that everything was set up properly before departing. Quick, professional service! Thank you!“
