We give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review
I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had working with East Coast Pools and the owner, Tom Gilbert, on my new pool. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were outstanding.
Tom runs his company the right way — with transparency, integrity, and a true commitment to quality. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. His crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property throughout the entire build.
The workmanship is exceptional. The pool came out even better than I imagined. The tile work, layout, and equipment installation all look clean, precise, and built to last. East Coast Pools’ attention to detail truly sets them apart.
Beyond the build itself, the customer service was phenomenal. Any time I needed guidance or clarification, Tom and his team were quick to respond with clear, professional communication. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about doing things right.
If you’re considering building a pool, I highly recommend East Coast Pools and Tom Gilbert. They exceeded every expectation and delivered a beautiful finished product that my family will enjoy for years to come.
