I contacted Lou's Plumbing for a second opinion on a Quote I received from Mr. Rooter earlier this month. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was super awesome and told me that they had a plumber that specialized in Gerber repair, Thankfully that was what the shower handles were, I believe his name was Matt. She gave me a quote for that repair (which Mr. Rooter wanted $1200) and to change the shut off valve under the kitchen sink (Mr. Rooter $200+). Matt was able to rebuild the shower and do the shut off valve for a third of that. He was fast, clean, very patient and respectful of everything else going on that day.
