“Our church, Faith Covenant Church, contracted Lloyd Davis of TYL Construction to make necessary changes to a new building that we purchased. Through the entire process of permitting and actually doing the work, Lloyd not only expressed the vast and expansive knowledge he has, he also brought to the table something that was truely an invaluable tool.Before we purchased the building we spent a great deal of time with the Daytona Beach TRT and building officials to determine if we could use the building that was once a retail shop (Flower Shop / Bridal Studio / Dance Studio). One of the last things before the process started that was asked of us was, "Who's going to be your contractor?" When I replied Lloyd Davis of TYL, everyone in the room said we chose very wisely.When in the middle of the final inspection process we started to get some issues starting to crop up, Lloyd immediately sat down with the city officials and worked through the discrepancies and that same week we passed our final inspection. When the inspector came that last time, he mentioned that they trusted (the city that is) Lloyd to do a job right the first time and they see this was no exception to that rule.From start to finish TYL was the right choice. “Awesome service! Our heat went out on our 16 year old Trane. The A/C was fine but with cold days, no heat. My husband who is a retired engineer tried troubleshooting the problem a number of times, but could not figure out what was wrong. We were afraid we would need a new unit. We called Lars A/C. Arthur came out and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He ordered the parts needed, drained and flushed the system, replaced the bad parts. and had it up and running better than it worked before. He did a great job of fixing the heat and also checked the A/C to make sure it was perfect too. My husband was amazed. We would highly recommend Lars if you have any A/C or heat problems. Very professional, knowledgeable , and super nice too!“
“After considering several pool company options we decided with East coast pools and we have no regrets. They started our pool August 21, 2023 and during the process we had the kindest and most professional employees from East coast and Pools. They are hard working employees and we were very satisfied with all of them. Our pool was completed by December 19, 2023. We are please and it’s nice to know that when we encounter any issues with the care of the pool Dennis right away sent a technical group to gives us more training on how to care for the pool.
