Let us start by saying choosing a contractor for our kitchen project or any project is usually a gamble. Currently, in this day and age, it’s hard to find talented & dedicated professionals
Although we considered several prospects for the job, we ultimately chose to go through Home Depot. I have to say I was concerned at first, however, those concerns soon disappeared when I came into contact with George Burton Construction.
We couldn’t have asked for more professional construction crew, Ya’ll were outstanding.
Electricians, Josh and Drew, from Cates Electric, did a fantastic job and need to be commended for solving our electrical situation. Without their professional help, and expert advice, our project would not have moved forward. They were sincere and honest, wanting to help us.
Andrew & Tony, did a fantastic job, from the demo of our old kitchen to the drywall repairs performed, and the outstanding job on each cabinet. They were very professional and polite and are real problem solvers. What an asset to your company. They were so helpful. By making suggestions, answering questions, and guiding us as to what would work best for our kitchen.
It’s very hard to find quality craftsmen like them. They need to be commended for the effort they put forward on our installation. Their work ethic skill and determination is above and beyond.
Randy brought his specialty and knowledge with plumbing. He was very professional & polite, he explained all about the sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. He did an outstanding job.
Of course we couldn't forget Mr. William, who held it all together for us, always at our beck n call. He is a great communicator and always had answers for us. Whenever we needed something, he was just a phone call away. He did an excellent job of scheduling all of the trades and keeping us informed. A great human being, with care and compassion, full of knowledge and a true professional.
Above all George Burton sets a high standard in the construction industry. We couldn’t have picked a better contractor for our forever kitchen.

“Ours was not an easy job but Tim, the president of US Exteriors, did everything he could to satisfy us. Our original contract was signed with the General manager Andrew ***** who is no longer with the company. We signed in July 2021 but due to issues with the installation of hurricane windows they were unable to complete the job until February of 2022. During that time Andrew sent some workers to fix some necessary stucco work that was very substandard. I told Tim of this issue and he assured me that it would be done right and sent Luis, associated with US Exteriors for 12 years who is extremely talented and skilled. When our window issue reached a point where the house could be painted Tim immediately sent Luis, the head of one of his best teams. Through some additional negotiations dealing with the extent of the needed stucco work, I am happy to report that our home is beautifully repainted and ready for enjoyment for years to come. US Exteriors did everything they said they would. We are very pleased with their work.“

“I contacted Lou's Plumbing for a second opinion on a Quote I received from Mr. Rooter earlier this month. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was super awesome and told me that they had a plumber that specialized in Gerber repair, Thankfully that was what the shower handles were, I believe his name was Matt. She gave me a quote for that repair (which Mr. Rooter wanted $1200) and to change the shut off valve under the kitchen sink (Mr. Rooter $200+). Matt was able to rebuild the shower and do the shut off valve for a third of that. He was fast, clean, very patient and respectful of everything else going on that day. He was one of three different contractors we had that day. I could not be happier with the service and the price. Thank you Matt and everyone else at Lou's for caring about your customers.“
