Got PRK here about 3 years ago to correct a light prescription near sightedness. So far has been great, still 20/20 vision. Have a few eye floaters but eye doc said those come with age. So, if you are on the fence about doing it like I was, I would recommend Dr. Sweeney. He did a great job. Cheers

I recently had total lens replacement surgery at Eye Associates of Gainesville, FL. I was a new patient to the practice, and I was very impressed with the care I received. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctors were knowledgeable and experienced.Both surgeries went smoothly, and I was able to go home the same day. I experienced some discomfort and blurry vision in the first few days after surgery, but this resolved quickly. I am now two weeks post-op, and my vision is amazing! Dr. Sweeney is a miracle worker. Your eyes will thank you for coming here. I wish the scheduling staff could keep up..Be prepared for scheduling mishaps without without apology…. Very dismissive regarding their own errors, which is frustrating. They do not respect your time.
