I rarely leave reviews but when I do, it's for hidden, local gems. This is one of those places. I came by with some glasses I need adjusted that I didn't buy from them and they were still more than happy to not only help out, but also changed my nose pads free of charge. They genuinely care about their customers and are a fresh breath of air from all of the other businesses that focus solely on making money. They then offered to adjust my other glasses (which I didn't even know were crooked)!! I will be giving this place my future business here. No better local business to get eyecare done at.

We have been using Eyecare Express for years. They are refreshingly different from the chains and franchises. Dr. Johnson is professional and personable. He is honest and clearly explains all options. The staff who help with selecting and fitting frames are top notch. When I have trouble choosing frames I can depend on them for good advice. They do not try to upsell, are kind and knowledgeable.

Really good service. Loved that the eye Dr was a problem solver as well who listened and worked with me to get everything just right and they helped me try a new contact lense type I'd never tried before. They were able to mail everything to my home in ocala too! Super Profesional with a hometown personal unhurried feel which you don't find much these days anymore. Best of all for me, is the Dr wore a mask when I asked, because I am immune compromised, so thank you so so much for doing that. I really appreciate it. Very impressed.
