The staff literally dug a tunnel in under the house footer. They could hear the leak so they never gave up. The repair was completed and the hole filled in just fine. “Mr. Miller, Although we love hearing feedback whether it is positive or negative to help improve our customer services, your review is completely fabricated and false. When you called the company, you stated that your water heater was leaking at your residence. The service call was scheduled for 6/16/21. Upon arrival the plumber did notice a puddle of water next to your water heater. However, he was not necessarily convinced that the puddle of water was from your water heater. Upon further investigation, the plumber determine that the leak was not from your water heater, but instead from your A/C unit. Your A/C unit was leaking, and the leak was traveling underneath the tile to the water heater. The plumber explained to your son who was home at the time the nature of the leak. The plumber also called you to explain the situation. While in communication with the plumber you never once mention your dissatisfaction and we never spoke to you regarding the invoice nor the "damage" that was caused. The wall did need to be opened up to determine the source of the leak. You were charged appropriately for the plumber's time in detecting the true nature of the leak and where it originated from.“

“Although I do not like editing and taking out old reviews because all of your people deserve five stars, but on Wednesday, I had another situation that I feel compelled to give out five stars to the plumber who came out to fix two water heater pipes and a valve under the kitchen sink. What I really liked about John's approach to the job was that he explained something that didn't go around in a circle of big fancy words and things the at made no sense with one other company. He was efficient, highly communicative in all that he was doing ("Okay now I'm going back out to the kitchen to check on this..." and conversely.. "I'm going to check the heater now make sure everything is okay.") I almost enjoyed being a part of the process and felt I was learning something about plumbing when he was here.... He also gave me advice (not solicited but I didn't mind I appreciated it.... wow..yea I might have bought wrong brand) on what faucet to replace my existing one with and which ones will have longer wear or have a good reputation. I was very pleased with John's work and his professionalism on the job. He left my hallway and my kitchen very neat and clean and it wasn't a disaster area when he left. My now deceased parents have the words "RAPID PLUMBING CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING PLUMBING!!! in Black Sharpy in the R section. Mom and Dad..
