“I can not say enough good things about this company from start to finish. Between the phone at night to the morning everyone was so nice. Spoke with Stephanie at night and she was willing to send a technician out to get some relief but told her it’s okay we could wait til morning for the whole septic tank to be cleaned out. Come this morning they gave me the courtesy call of letting me know that the technician was getting the truck to go and then an hour later she called back to tell me Trish was on the way. Trish showed up happy and very nice! She explained everything she was going to do and told me what to expect and that was enough for me to stay with giving you our loyalty and business from here on out. We literally just had it pumped out six months ago and she pulled the filter out was like this is probably half the reason right here. She was here for an hour and a half and let me know every step she was making. Thank you so much for your time and patience. You all are awesome! “Very happy with the services from this company. Kind and helpful receptionist but John is why we’ve stayed with this company. He has been so helpful throughout the years. We bought a new build house that had an under sized ac unit and horrible piping issues. He helped us squeeze out a few more years out of that unit before we could save to get a new bigger one. Can’t say enough how grateful I am to him. We do the yearly maintenance program that has them come out every 6 months. Well worth our peace of mind. “Although I do not like editing and taking out old reviews because all of your people deserve five stars, but on Wednesday, I had another situation that I feel compelled to give out five stars to the plumber who came out to fix two water heater pipes and a valve under the kitchen sink. What I really liked about John's approach to the job was that he explained something that didn't go around in a circle of big fancy words and things the at made no sense with one other company. He was efficient, highly communicative in all that he was doing ("Okay now I'm going back out to the kitchen to check on this..." and conversely.. "I'm going to check the heater now make sure everything is okay.") I almost enjoyed being a part of the process and felt I was learning something about plumbing when he was here.... He also gave me advice (not solicited but I didn't mind I appreciated it.... wow..yea I might have bought wrong brand) on what faucet to replace my existing one with and which ones will have longer wear or have a good reputation. I was very pleased with John's work and his professionalism on the job. He left my hallway and my kitchen very neat and clean and it wasn't a disaster area when he left. My now deceased parents have the words "RAPID PLUMBING CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING PLUMBING!!! in Black Sharpy in the R section. Mom and Dad.. I called them.. and yes I was happy and pleased with the outcome. I can see my Dad now up where he is Crossing his arms and saying "seeeeeeeeeee. told ya."Services: Toilet repair“
