Second time using them and will continue to use them for any future issues. We had an issue with our bank and they still let us keep our appointment and gave us a payment arrangement for a future date. Hands down the best company to use for septic needs.

I recently left a negative review of this company. Since then, the President of Accurate Septic personally called me to listen to my concerns, and offer consolation. He was very kind, and explained the reason for the second pump *** have been from a cracked lid, which was not mentioned during the first pump, and all the rain recently. He was explained the ins and outs of drainage fields, and covered the cost of the lid, which was a couple hundred dollars. I am very appreciative of the pride Mr John has for his company. Septic pumped out : This was the only company that offered a fair price and didn’t charge extra for things. one place I called said they charge extra for rinsing the tank out another place I called said you don’t have to rinse the tank out these guys sucked it out and rinsed it and the price was honest I guess it’s all in the name they are accurate there’s a lot of companies that I’ve been around this town for a long time and they’re trying to get rich off of one person this is a company that’s a business it’s professional and very well run and priced I thank them so much Don’t hire anybody but these guys I guarantee you if you give them a chance to...read full review
