Although I do not like editing and taking out old reviews because all of your people deserve five stars, but on Wednesday, I had another situation that I feel compelled to give out five stars to the plumber who came out to fix two water heater pipes and a valve under the kitchen sink. What I really liked about John's approach to the job was that he explained something that didn't go around in a circle of big fancy words and things the at made no sense with one other company. Called rapid plumbing to clear a sink stoppage. Justin was there in 20 minutes. He cleared it and made sure all was in good working order. Very happy customer!Highly recommend for all plumbing services. !
