Outstanding service from Division 16 LLC! Sam came out for a warranty service call and did an exceptional job. He took the time to clearly explain how our switches work and systematically troubleshot our electrical issue. He quickly discovered that our dead switches were caused by the original installers using the wrong feed wire. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and highly thorough.
