“Perfect Paver has a crew (Dillon and Matt) that exceeded our expectations. They were professional and delivered on the promise of a proper and beautiful paver sealing. We are LOVING the sealed pavers - they are magazine-beautiful! The pavers have an enhanced finish so it has a light shine and the sand color lends to bringing out the colors of the tiles. Two months ago, we hired a company that used the wrong type of sealant and Dillon and Matt stripped it before applying the right stuff! THIS is what we wanted the first time and we're glad we got it now.Pavers are resealed every 2-3 years so we want to trust the company that is going to return. These guys are our lifeline to keeping our property looking great - I believe Dillon and Matt are committed to devoting their attention to their quality work. Dillon is such as great company ambassador, that he told us about a tiered maintenance plan to help the pavers look great and avoid algae build-up between seals. Wow!They also leveled pavers by removing tree roots and using our preferred sand colors for the front and back yards. They worked neatly; were professional every time they communicated with us; showed us what they did each day; and were gracious when we offered them a drink, etc. If they were our neighbors, we'd be thrilled!About the quote, the work was priced for only one attempt to remove the sealant but because the sealant was recently applied, it needed more attempts. We assumed the quote considered our property but when the work crew tried to remove the sealant, they told us one pass wouldn't suffice.I wish the contract would have addressed additional fees if it took more than one time to remove existing sealant. No one likes to see more fees, but finding out after signing the contract for one attempt feels worse because it cost more to get the work done. Even so, we liked Joe because he was knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately, we like this company and LOVE their work, so we look forward to having them return to our property.“

“FLM Construction built a new office and yard facility for Malcolm Drilling Company Inc. in Pompano Beach Florida.The work included the building of a new 5,000 sf office, together with a 10,000 sf .Maintenance building on a 5 acre property owned by Malcolm.The installation was a full turnkey project including paving a very large concreted yard area for equipment storage, outdoor lighting, fencing, landscaping, overhead crane in the maintenance facility, air conditioning, bringing all services onto the property etc.I was the main client contact person, and assisted in negotiating the contract and overseeing the construction through completion on behalf of the Owner.FLM were extremely professional in all of our dealings with them. They completed the project on time and on budget. There were a few changes and change orders issued during the scope of the work, but they were fair in their pricing and completed most of the extras within the original schedule.Our initial dealings were with Fred McMurtrey, the President, and then we worked with Rob McMurtrey, VP and Project Manager, and Brian McGrew the Project Superintendent. They were all very professional, and responsive to our needs and direction. Their onsite safety and housekeeping were excellent.
