I had some flood damage from the April flood. Chad came out and gave me an estimate and started work after the initial payment. Chad was always available either by phone or text and always willing to work with me on the project. He has an excellent crew and they are very hard working. My project was probably smaller than what he was used to but due to unforeseen circumstances, it turned into a larger one. Chad and his crew just rolled with it and handled everything in a timely manner. I knew he had several projects going but I never felt neglected. Chad and his crew worked on a family member’s house in Punta Gorda and I completely recommend him. At first I read the two negative reviews and got somewhat concerned but he came to me so well recommended so I trusted the referral sources and my own judgment.
