Assured Contracting, LLC
“I contracted with Assured Contracting, LLC to do a complete renovation of my 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at Pompano Beach Club beginning late August 2025. This was a complex project with many aspects. The porcelain tile floor was completely replaced. Drywall was replaced along the oceanside east wall. To eliminate the need for most lamps, Assured constructed a shallow drop ceiling with dimming LED's throughout. The design allowed the installation of new drapery and Roman shades for the balcony door and window openings. The electric service was put up to code, with new outlets and circuit breaker box. New kitchen appliances, supplied by me, were installed by Assured after they built new cabinetry and arranged to have granite ( chosen by us) fabricated for the counters. The bathrooms were completely redone, with new cabinetry, sinks, and showers. A new hall pantry was built. Claudio and Nestor, Assured's managing partners, worked very closely with me, to ensure that what my wife and I planned out was done correctly. The renovation project was completed in late May, but Claudio and Nestor told me that they will always come back if any problem arose. My wife and I were very happy with the work done.”
