Greg is very unprofessional. I would advise you to be very cautious. ‍‍ He DRUG my project out so long that resulted in me having to fire him. He continuously strung me along for so long that nothing was getting done. As a result I had to hire and pay someone else to complete the job he couldn't finish....bc he continuously refused to give me a end date. He told that he didn't have to give me a schedule at times then he would say he would. My persistence of this caused him to get Very nasty and rude with me. I like to wait to write my reviews on things that cost a lot and require customer service in the future. I have now known Greg with Gsm for over 3 years now. my pool was finished in spring 2017. prior to my build i had sat in his office for 2 hours going over my wishes and then his team presented me the plans soon after. my pool is 60 feet by 15 feet with a 60 foot infinity edge. It was a huge undertaking and when completed looked magnificent and even featured in a pool magazine. What make things special are problems that were solved after the fact. in one year one pump was defective and broke and i simply called greg and in 2 days a guy came and replaced it.
