“I've lived at my home for over 20 years and in that time frame I have done the usual minor upgrades to my home. However in 2025 I decided to do a whole new kitchen makeover. I had gotten sick and tired of coming home to the same old kitchen the same old floorboards it was depressing not to say the least.

While scrolling one afternoon on Instagram I happened upon a few companies one of which was Factory Direct Renovations, advertising kitchen make overs on the same platform.

I always do my homework before attacking projects of this nature . Thus with that in mind I obtained roughly 15 quotes over the space of a month and was quoted ridiculous prices ranging up to $120,000. The quotes were so high i decided it was probably best to sell my home and buy a more modern home to get the kitchen I wanted.

Having given up on the idea to redo my kitchen, it was a surprise when I received a call from Greg the Factory Direct manager asking if he could come out to do a quote.

With the ridiculous prior quotes in mind, I was extremely skeptical when he came to my house however, his personality and his promises to make my dream for a new kitchen come true made me decide to go with their office. In addition the quote given met my expectations in more ways than one.

I went under contract with their office in June of 2025. Between the measurements, drawing and old kitchen rip outs, needless to say there were some snags and issues along the way however by November 2025 I had a dream of a kitchen.

Greg , Paul, and Marcelo became my direct contacts to get my kitchen completed. Through communication and hard work Factory Direct Renovations got my kitchen done in time for me to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas with my family.

I would recommend their services because price and service wise they beat all the other individuals and companies that came to my house. It was always easy to get a hold of someone and if there were any issues even the owner Perry would reach out as well.

I would like to use this platform to express my sincere thanks to Paul Sepancy, who's no longer with the company who became a shoulder to lean on when my frustration levels got high. I would also like to thank Greg, Marcelo and the other team players at Factory Direct renovations for always communicating and giving me an up-to-date status as to my kitchen.

Giving the company a five star review is not enough because in my opinion, they deserve a ten.
