“We used Art Plumbing to install an Electrical outlet in the bathroom. Challum was professional and knowledgeable on how to do our job. He uncovered a problem with the electric panel and made arrangements to get it fixed and it is safe again.
Challenge returned with another tech and spent about 3 hours fixing our box and installing a dedicated line for the bathroom. He is both professional and very personable. “A month and a half ago our coil went out. We called Erica’s cooling and plumbing and not only was the technician rude, he diagnosed the issue as the coil needing to be cleaned.- it was leaking! Two days later, the system went out again… Erica’s charged us over $1000 for two visits in two days and never fix the problem. We called Cool Air Conditioning Systems and Ferdie successfully diagnosed the issue and worked with Carrier to get the parts covered under warranty. a month later, our compressor went out. Once again, Ferdie to the rescue. he contacted his distributor, got us a new compressor and made a claim through Carrier to get the parts covered under warranty. Two things I’ve learned: never trust a pretty face and never buy a Carrier air-conditioning system“
