Our central A/C requires a hard-to-find filter size. AC Filters 4 Less has gone out of their way to make sure we get the exact right size at a fair prize. A professional and friendly business--I highly recommend!
I ordered filters and I accidentally put in my incorrect home address. FedEx delivered the filters to the incorrect address. Even though I tried to resolve the issue with FedEx that same day they were not helpful AC filters for last was on top of it right away they were excellent with customer service. They took care of me. They resent filters to my correct address at no additional charge. We are still trying to resolve the other box with FedEx but from start to finish this company is five star customer service Carol Annie Wakeling.
A/C Filters 4 Less is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their prices and knowledge are the very best. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is, which we all know is very rare these days. I ordered the wrong filters by mistake and Mark went out of his way to help me - he was more than fair! I plan on ordering all my filters from them in the future. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
