Rickey was a superb tech who made the appointment on time and was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful in allowing me to assess options for AC repair or replacement. He was an absolute pro and not only knew his stuff inside and out but was super transparent about issues, options and pricing. 5 star service
