The billing system is horrendous! no one answers the phone or calls you back. i wanted to pay and kept receiving error messages. its funny I am begging them to let me pay!
After two months!!!! I called a local office and found a human being who was able to help.“

“A pleasant and professional experience from beginning to end. The wait time was very short before my husband was seen by nurse Magdiel. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & an excellent nurse. The PA, Manuel Cabrera, was very thorough. He listened attentively to my husband’s medical situation, analyzed it, & patiently considered all details concerning his medical problem. He is an excellent PA. Both the nurse & PA were highly professional.Also, Emilio, the x-ray technician, as courteous and professional. Tatiana, the registration clerk was also very helpful and friendly.
An added bonus is that we were able to get the prescription medicine there at urgent care without having to go to a pharmacy.
