“November is the month of Thanksgiving and I want to express my deep sense of gratitude to Dr. Inese Salei and the entire team at her medical office.For her soul as a real doctor, for her high medical literacy, for true professionalism, for caring for me, an ordinary patient, of which she has many. This is so important and worth a lot, especially in the conditions of the American medical care system with all its achievements, but also problems that each of us knows firsthand and constantly faces.Dr. Salei is a very competent and efficient doctor, who always completes the treatment of each of my health problems. With soul, with the highest medical ethics, with patience and perseverance. This makes her stand out from many others.And now - even more specifically. Over the past six months I have had three occasions when I got sick. One is increased blood pressure, the other is severe radiculitis, the third is severe sore throat. My visits in past years to the “ER” hospital ended with many hours there, a quick test and always a recommendation to continue the conversation with my family doctor. That is, almost nothing.Like any doctor, Dr. Salei works around a very busy schedule to see her patients. But due to the urgency of my condition, I was never denied an urgent appointment. From my personal experience in California and Florida, not all medical offices wanted to make such an exception, and then the “trouble” began.Dr. Salei listens to me very carefully, examines me, analyzes me and begins to provide all the necessary assistance. Attentive and caring. This applies to me, my wife, and those kind people who recommended this particular doctor to us.She has a wonderful team of professional, intelligent, kind and polite employees. There are no queues at the reception, there is no rush, which I have seen in other offices, because a lot of time is allocated for each appointment. Her office has never referred me to specialty medicine, x-ray, MRI, etc. offices without assuring them that I and my health insurance would be accepted unconditionally. This has always been and is real concern for me – a person and a patient. This always required additional efforts from the office, as they say here “taking an extra mile”. This is great humanity, which, unfortunately, is not so much and not so often these days. I am writing about this after 35 years of living in the USA and being a university professor.I still teach university students, now in Florida, in downtown Miami. And since my mission is to give them not only knowledge of engineering and management, but also to instill examples of humanity, care and responsibility towards those who believe in you, I often give in class an example of the noble and caring mission of my doctor Inesa Salei.And on the eve of Thanksgiving, I send you, Dr. Salei, sincere thanks for everything that you have done and are doing for me and my family!Sincerely, Professor Genin“

“I need to take my 96-year-old mother to an urgent care Center for some swelling in her hand. Yes there was a wait, but that is expected at any doctors office you go to. Each and everyone of the staff were respectful, polite, and delightful! I want to be sure to acknowledge two special people; Annette, one of the nurses, who couldn't have been nicer to my mother. Additionally, Guillermo, one of the physician assistance, was equally kind to my mother. He was so kind in fact that when we admired his Guardian Angel pendant, he took it off and put it around my mother's neck for her to keep! I asked him if he was sure and he said absolutely! My mother who has some dementia, was delighted with this expression of kindness. I was as well. I do recommend this Urgent CareCenter if you need to go. Much better than going to an emergency room unless you have a true emergency!“
