ALWAYS a positive experience with Baptist (regular visits as well as urgent care)...scheduling, technicians, physicians, assistants, follow-up. Clean, bright & spacious facility. Usually not long waiting times, Wi-fi.

Being on vacation and having to go the urgent care waa not in my plans. The entire staff from security to the doctor was amazing. I am a retired RN and very critical of the health care system.

I had a bad fall a day earlier and finally decided to go to Urgent care at Baptist in Miami Beach.It was a long wait but the front desk folks were very nice. Finally got called and was brought into an exam room where I met my nurse. She ordered xrays and did the basic exams. Everyone was kind, compassionate and caring. Met with Doctor and he explained the xray results and spoke about my next steps.Excellent care, people and facility. For me there is only one urgent care facility in Miami Beach that I will go to and that is Baptist Health.
