The medical service was exceptional. BUT the secretary that works in the front desk was like a robot. No eye contact, no good Morning and speaking so fast that I was no able to understand. And when requested to repeat, she would look annoyed. She is the first person you see at Urgent Care, so she is the face of Urgent Care. Not good. This observation is coming from a someone who worked at the Miami VA for 25 years, where the Veterans were the most important people in the hospital.I was very close to leaving and going to another UC but I’m glad I stayed.

I’m very grateful for my experience at this location today. Although the doctor was a bit off putting today, my assigned nurse Josh or Joshua, was extremely caring, kind, and patient. He had great energy and was very helpful during this tough moment. It’s hard to find someone who’s willing to be this great with their patients now in days!

From check-in to consultation and even through the care of my broken wrist, every step of my experience at your facility was exceptional.
