Kierra at the front desk was top notch. The wait time was actually not long at all which is always nice. The doctor and nurse were also great. We were in for physicals and the process was very easy. For having to go to an MD clinic, I'm so glad we chose this one! They all were just overall great people.

These folks are wonderful! The office is clean and is easily accessed with plenty parking space. The intake staff are kind and attentive and very pleasant even though it was close to closing time when I walked in. Dr Mercedes was so compassionate and took care of me and my eye injury, she knew how painful it was for me but she focused on finding out what was wrong and she did! I am so thankful as the pain was horrible when the lights hit my eye. She had all the equipment she needed and she took care of me quickly. For me and my family, I will continue to come to this facility in Cutler Bay for all my medical needs. Heartfelt thanks Brenda R.

I been coming to this location for the past three-four years and I love the service I have always gotten from MD Now. Their front desk staff is always amiable and polite, I was able to see the doctor about 5 minutes after I checked in. The doctors were understanding and listened to all my concerns.He prescribed the medication I needed since I was having a bad cold or flu. He even recommended to get my medicine from Publix since it was free for antibiotics. Thanks again to the MD NOW for everything that you do.
