“Just changed home insurance company and they said my roof was inadequate. We just had a new roof put on in 2017 so I called Alron and asked what I can do. I was happy to learn some of the shingles from Tamko where defected and they sent John over to inspect. I was advised they were indeed the faulty ones and was told how to file a claim with the shingle manufacture. Stephanie at the office was so helpful with the paperwork Tamko sent me. John came and went back on the roof to get a sample shingle and took pictures. I mailed the shingle out in the envelope Tamko provided and Stephanie mailed out the additional paperwork and pictures. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Now just waiting to hear from Tamko to see if it is eligible to replace the entire roof. This is a company I would highly recommend.“
