This review is based on an addition that was approximately 680 square feet. I feel that Dave Hicks owner of Brevard Construction Company did an excellent job on our new addition. This home is an older Florida ranch style that is very long, adding an attractive addition to it was not an easy feat. Somehow, Dave managed to meld the ranch style home and the addition together artistically; with the end product looking even better than the home did to begin with. I feel that Dave treated me fairly and always returned text and calls. Can’t recommend Brevard Construction enough! We have been working with them to build our dream home, and they have been so helpful every step of the way. Dave, Kari, Mack and CJ all work together with us to ensure our visions are made reality. This is the first home we have built, and they have made the process smooth and easy for us. Each time we go to the house and check out the newest additions, we are amazed by the quality of work. We are so happy we went with Brevard Construction for our forever home!
