The Wiedmann Roofing team , Emily S, Michelle, Joe B, Joe A, Pablo and Crew, and David G. provided professional roofing service. The new roof was as described and expected. They even did a good job of clean up. They took good care of protecting your outside A/C and shrubbery during the tearing off of the old roof and putting on the new roof. They scanned the yard for loose nails with the large magnetic stick.

The workman replaced missing shingles, including cap shingles that were not installed with the right size nail, and cemented down shingles that had been wind-lifted due to improper installation by a different contractor. “Just changed home insurance company and they said my roof was inadequate. We just had a new roof put on in 2017 so I called Alron and asked what I can do. I was happy to learn some of the shingles from Tamko where defected and they sent John over to inspect. I was advised they were indeed the faulty ones and was told how to file a claim with the shingle manufacture. Stephanie at the office was so helpful with the paperwork Tamko sent me. John came and went back on the roof to get a sample shingle and took pictures. I mailed the shingle out in the envelope Tamko provided and Stephanie mailed out the additional paperwork and pictures. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Now just waiting to hear from Tamko to see if it is eligible to replace the entire roof. This is a company I would highly recommend.“
