Airman Heating & Cooling Inc was referred to us when our old unit was giving us trouble and we knew it was about time for a new unit. Darrell came out and inspected everything and walked us through what a fix would cost and quoted us for a new unit. He took an educational approach to sales with no pressure and with a lot of transparency. We had several companies come out to give us quotes and ultimately made the no brainer decision to go with Airman Heating & Cooling. I live in NE Cape and Darrell came right out to assess my issue within an hour and a half. In less than 24 hours he was able to get the needed parts and the repair was completed. Amazing service at an affordable rate. Thanks to Darrell and Airman for the quick response.

Called Airman Heating and Cooling and the owner Darrell was out within an hour in the middle of July which was impressive. Darrell diagnosed the problem was knowledgeable, personable and very professional he had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Darrell explained the process of the repair and I was charged an extremely fair price and was more than satisfied with the work.
