It is refreshing to deal with an honest, family-owned local business such as Sno-Brrrd. 20+ years ago we called them for a second opinion when our former a/c company said we needed to replace our entire system on a fairly new house. Gene and Maria found the system under original warranty and only needed a part which saved us thousands of dollars. We have been loyal customers ever since. Maria answers calls in a prompt and friendly manner and organizes the team. She keeps you informed every step and sets a priority if your a/c is out.
