Tim was absolutely great to work with! Not only was the price extremely competitive, but the quality of work and communication is second to none! Tim initially came out and took a look at our situation. He gave us a few recommendations for the issue we were having with our evap coil, but with the age of our unit, we went with an entirely new system. Tim also took care of the entire warranty process, so we are covered for parts and warranty labor for the next 10 years. After the stress our last unit put us through, that is a massive relief! Losing our AC during this insane heat wave was a total nightmare. A few days ago, a different company came out and told us we’d be stuck waiting over a month for a new blower motor. We tried toughing it out, but after multiple sleepless nights sweating on the couch and seeing our poor dogs constantly panting, we finally caved and had to book a hotel room just to get some relief.

I can’t thank Tim enough! We had another AC company out three days ago and we were informed by them that our blower was on a 4-6 week backorder. Reached out to Tim and he was able to locate what he needed to get us up and running in 10 minutes. He arrived onsite early and had cool air blowing into our house in 45 minutes! Having no AC with this high of a heat index is brutal. Will definitely be calling him for all our services!
