In the ER, patients receive quick and efficient care from knowledgeable and kind staff. Claudia, a nurse in the ER, was specifically mentioned for her spectacular care. The hospital is clean, and the nurses and doctors are commended for their friendliness and attentiveness. Overall, Boca Regional Health is a hospital that provides high-quality care and is recommended by its patients.
I can't speak highly enough about the treatment the whole staff gave my mother on the 9th floor. But Victor Barbosa, who was my mother's case worker, care really stood out. Unfortunately, and without good reason, the insurance company denied my mothers claim then was not allowing me to make an appeal stating that they weren't informed that I was the power of attorney. Victor asked if he could help, and then I handed him my phone to talk with the insurance rep. He then proceeded to go back and forth with the representative for the next 30 minutes and they eventually accepted our appeal. I can't begin to tell you how much this means to a person trying to get the proper care for a loved one. The whole time my mother was on the 9th floor, Victor was always there to answer questions with a positive attitude and caring demeanor. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and help.
I went into ER. I was taken pretty quickly, I ended up having gallstones and some gallbladder issues. Everyone that work there was kind and knowledgeable. I got admitted and had to stay overnight and they were extremely thorough and helpful. I specifically want to mention Claudia in the ER she was my nurse and she was spectacular.
Ive had very little positive experiences at hospitals and can certainly say I'm not a fan. However yesterday I went to emergency for a fairly severe UTI. I was triaged immediately by a wonderful staff. Did not have to wait very long for a room and was treated by a group of terrific nurses and DR. I would definitely reccomend this hospital Very friendly staff and extremely clean.
