The Boca Raton VA Outpatient Clinic is exceptional! The staff is highly efficient, dedicated, and genuinely friendly, making every visit a positive experience. They take a personal interest in Veterans, providing top-notch care with compassion and professionalism. The phlebotomist who draws my blood always asks about my family and is very good at her Job. Easily the best VA facility I've used!

I want to be the first to say, I am a patriot, I appreciate veteran services, and I appreciate having a place to help my dad. But, I am frustrated. It has never been easy to reach the VA, but the last few times it has been impossible. The last two weeks I have called over eight times (3 - 4 times I left voice mails) and two times I left personal messages. Two of the times of 35 min radio playing on hold to just auto disconnect or send me to voice mail. Not one call returned yet. That is really a problem. We still do not know my dad's bloodwork results, I am trying to make sure everything is okay. I put this review here because the VA has to speak out about what is happening....read full review
