Like others, I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. Despite all the symptoms of a heart attack (verified by a nearby MDClinic), the ER desk had my 46-yr-old neighbor in superb shape complete paperwork and sit down for more than an hour in a packed waiting room at 2 pm. At that point, I approached the desk to ask why a potential heart attack is waiting to be seen! When the front desk said that the patient wasn't explicit enough (he was clutching his chest in pain, pale and clammy) a nurse interrupted and asked if he had been triaged yet. Waiting in the ER for an eternity. For hours no one has been called in. Finally I complained and all of a sudden people are getting called in. The said only 3 drs are working the ER. Are you kidding me??? 3!!! No wonder why nobody is being seen. I'm totally dissatisfied and annoyed with the whole process
An exceedingly poor experience. The waiting times were very long. The bathrooms were filthy. And absolutely nobody can give you any reasonable information. The phrase "Im sorry I really can't give you any answers" is a well worn and rehearsed line. STAY AWAY.
