We had our air conditioning unit replaced today. Longs are absolutely a life saver and a pleasure to deal with. Next day service, and the two installers Angel and Alex did an amazing job and were very professional. 100% happy we choose them to do the job. Highly reccomend.
Everyone I have dealt with and interacted with have been amazing! The ladies at dispatch and scheduling were very nice and respectful. Jason came out on a service call when our ac stopped working. He was great and figured what was going on. Since our ac was 20 years old and had a major leak, Jason got us quotes on how much it would cost to replace the coils vs getting a new unit. He walked us through the pros and cons of each so that we could make an educated decision. We decided to replace our 20 year old unit. I have used Longs Air Conditioning Service for over 3 years now...and will never use anyone else. My AC went down today, so I called them...and their Service Manager was at my house within an hour.....and fixed the problem, PRONTO!
