The Palmer Electric team was great! Came to the house and quickly identified what needed to be done to fix our issues. Will be using them in the future if I need more electric and AC work

I a VERY positive experience with John Palmer Electric. We started having light flickering throughout the house. I called Duke Electric, they claimed it was the house and not their lines, and suggested we call an electrician. The electrician the contractor they recommended told us we'd need to replace the circuit breaker and upgrade the main to the tune of $1,800+.I called John Palmer and they sent out two technicians and then a third. They thoroughly went through everything and couldn't find a problem. They called Duke on our behalf and Duke sent out a technician. Very happy with our new air conditioner and the 2 young men who installed it for us. They were thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. We didn't "break" the bank with this Carrier brand A/C. Wonderful to have a cool home again. Highly recommend John Palmer Electric.
