“A+, recommended. We were renovating our bathroom. At their showroom they did the time consuming part of curating high quality brands and models to choose from. Usually contractors say « go to xxx (large chain stores) and pick the materials you want when you don’t have enough or no expertise about quality/origin/adequacy/delivery among thousands of options . They spent hours helping us select fixtures that were best for our situation. We chose a Toto toilet, Madeli vanity and porcelain tiles from Italy and Spain. We would buy from them again.“

“I was looking for engineered hardwood, and tried all the usual big box spots, as well as a couple local stores. I couldn't find what I wanted within my budget-- the big box stores are phasing out engineered hardwoods, Floor and Decor doesn't do high quality ones, and the local stores I tried were way too expensive. Thankfully a Lowe's employee told me to check out Dolphin Carpet and Tile. Rick has been wonderful throughout the entire process. Salespeople like him don't seem to exist anymore-- he let me browse, made himself available for questions, and generally made me feel like I was the most important customer ever. I really appreciated that the store was labeled (including pricing) and easy to navigate. This made it easy for me to browse, rather than having to run to staff to check prices every time I was interested in a product. I ended up with a beautiful product from CALI, that no other stores had carried, at a reasonable price. I spent a lot of time exploring flooring stores in south Florida, and wish I had gone to Dolphin sooner.“
