Our family had an excellent experience with True Builders. These people know their job. MJ and Andy, worked on our bathroom remodel and we have nothing but praise for these guys. 1) They come on time - notifying when they are on their way 2) They come prepared from the drop mat to their equipment, to their to dos 3) their work quality is "awesome/excellent" 4) They are very courteous wonderful representatives of the company. This is our 2nd remodel and True Builders "DELIVERED" each time. I have to mention the other people who worked in the background for the 2 projects to come to fruition. It is hard to explain what they did but I have to give credit, where credit is really long overdue: Erica and Katlin who were so patient working with old people like "muah" and "muah hubby", Aaron - who has the patience of Job (search the bible for this guy so you know the kind of patience I am talking about). Greg, whom I have never seen in person but has not escaped my wrath of texts and messages, Renzo - the first tile expert guy who worked in our first remodel, he too was an expert at his craft, and the 2 plumbers the not so tall skinny but good looking spanish guy and his partner the equally good looking and quite tall caucasian gentleman. The sanitation workers and bulk pick up and the garbage truck drivers and yard waste pick up workers are very dedicated and hardworking. Shouts out to Lou!!! Did a phenomenal job on my fade! Came in town from savannah to visit family and needed a cut to step out??. Lou listened to everything I had to say to make sure my cut was how I wanted it (listening is something some barbers lack because they think they know it all lol). Shop vibe was awesome ?. This is the best birthday party! We had my 4 year olds birthday with 2 best friends. They had so much fun and the process was so easy for me! I showed up with food and everything was covered for us! I’ve been only twice but Frey is the best!! I got my eyebrow and septum done by her and she was extremely nice throughout the process. She always compliments me and lets me know if I need anything I can always message her on instagram! I work at a coffee shop and get compliments on my piercings all the time and love telling people Frey over at Soldiers Ink did them! I totally recommend her for piercings!!

He did me such a kindness, and had Roy take care of my plumbing issue even though I was not yet a customer. (I had only just met them when they were doing a job for my neighbor.)
