Update: the manager did call me and refund me the $24 extra fee and advised the stylist was new. I appreciate the follow up after seeing this review and changed the stars. The stylist was very good at eyebrows. I got a simple hair trim just to get dead ends off and shampoo. No blowdry or styling of any short. There was an additional $24 charge. I wish I would have known in advance because $53 for a literal simple trim that took about 2 minutes I would went elsewhere. I could see if I was getting it styled having long hair but that wasnt the case.
