Tabitha is amazing. Not only does she make my hair look like a rock star's, she's funny and fun....like dinner and a show with Audrey Hepburn.
Tabitha does amazing things with color! I have gotten so many compliments on my highlights! I would recommend her to anyone seeking the next level in beauty with their hair :)
