“Lucy was great all the way from helping me set up the appointment to when she finished my hair. I just moved back to Delaware and was trying to find someone who does keratin treatment treatments. I did notice that my ends were thinning and I was thick at the top.
Automatically Lucy took her time with my hair to figure out what was best and was very honest she suggested doing the masque with a small amount of Botox and let the keratin grow out of my hair. I was comfortable enough to allow her to trim it and I normally am always nervous, but I knew I was in good hands. I am for certain I found my new hairstylist now living back to Delaware and I would totally recommend I'm also going to push my mother to go there cause she would love that type of service and care and patience for her hair as well“

“10/10!!!!! This was my first time visiting Salon Bartolo but it definitely will not be my last!!! I was blessed to win the scalp massage raffle at work. So I took advantage today since I was off. It was definitely a well deserved treat to start my day off. All of the staff members were very pleasant and I was greeted with a beautiful smile. That’s the customer service I love to see. “My hair has never been this straight! It’s also never lasted this long. I’ve gone a week without even needing to touch it up! I walked in and immediately got my hair washed. She washed it 3 times then conditioned my hair and combed it out more gently than I could. Then the woman who shot my hair meticulously blow dried every section, then strengthen a pined it up. She took her time to make sure I would love the final product! I will always come to straighten.“
