I went to her for knotless box braids for the first time ever and was blown away by how she did not put tension on my natural hair, and I did not have to recover the next day from it being braided too tightly. For my tender-headed sisters out there - this is the place to go! Ms. Kady is professional and kind. We watched movies and chatted while she meticulously parted and braided my hair. “First time visitor, definitely will be back! Great experience at Resh. This is a full service salon for hair and nails. I was amazed at how large the space is, sectioned off by stations for hair washing, an area for steaming, a room for blowdrying, and then the main area for styling - Such a great use of the space. I had an 830am appointment, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Not only was the salon already packed but my appointment was right on schedule. You can tell that the salon operates efficiently with the assistant immediately getting you started with your wash and then handed off to your stylist. The stylists were all super professional and welcoming. I worked with BB and she got me RIGHT!!! Her 30 years of experience are apparent in her technique and professionalism. Definitely will be making this my go-to salon.“

From Nelly, the Owner, to the soft-spoken receptionist, to the Titi who washed my hair like I was in an upscale spa! ♥️I have to admit, I was extremely reluctant to make this appointmentBut, after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try.It was such a pleasure to walk in for an 8am appt and walk out before 10am. I mean, a pleasure! Now, Nelly did warn me she can't always guarantee the quick turnaround, but that her team does their best despite the busy clientele. I appreciated how Nelly listened to my hair needs and then provided natural, non abrasive hair care recommendations. She patiently explained the various hair coloring brands and answered honestly about what the product claims to do and what the product actually does. I enjoyed my experience at Nelly's Beauty Paradise so much, I made an appointment to return in 3 weeks for a color experience.“
