I have lived in DE for over eight years and have visited over ten salons without finding the right one for me. I am THRILLED to have found Salon Bartolo. The salon is intimate, welcoming, friendly, and sophisticated. Bartolo's talent is truly astounding. My hair is not easy to cut and style. It is curly/wavy, fine, and unruly. Bartolo took one look at it and knew exactly what to do. I don't think I have ever had a cut I have been this happy with. I will never go anywhere else.
From the moment I walked into the salon I got a great feeling. A young lady walked up to me and asked me if I wanted water or espresso and an optional biscotti. I said that sounds amazing, can I have all three. The espresso was professional grade and the biscotti didn’t let me down either. Sahira made me feel right at home and comfortable. She went over and above explaining different hair pastes that I was considering. Next came the consult with Sean and he was very attentive to all the details I threw at him regarding my haircut. Always a pleasant experience. Bartolo is an expert barber and always professional. My wife always comments on what a great job he does. His assistant Angela always offers refreshments and a friendly hello before my shampoo and temple massage. I always leave feeling renewed.
