My daughter was crying loud during that process because she’s very tender headed but they did not make us feel uncomfortable about that. The woman who did her press out did an amazing job and trimmed her ends. Love their service we’ll be back soon“

My hair isn’t the easiest to color but I’ve brought her many inspo pics that she has managed to recreate perfectly for me. My haircuts and my husbands are always on point. The shop itself is a whole vibe and everyone that works there is friendly. We moved 2 hrs away and still make the drive up to Machele (trust me it’s worth it!)“

“This salon is fantastic! I needed a last minute appointment (on a Saturday no less) and they were able to fit me in. Everyone is so friendly and Kelly got my hair exactly how I wanted it. From the receptionist to Riley (the assistant who washed my hair) everyone was so pleasant and it was obvious this salon has been around for so long because the culture is great. I was nervous but Heather talked me through every step of what she was doing, including explaining why she was doing it. I went in with ideas for color/cut, and she helped me pick out what would work best for me. She even taught me so much about how to care for my hair! I love my hair and I will absolutely be back!“

“I’ve visited plenty of salons where the staff acts warm until payment time, but this place felt genuine from start to finish. I came for a keratin treatment after damaging my hair with too much heat styling over the past year. The stylist examined my hair texture first and told me honestly that the result wouldn’t look perfectly silky in one session because of the breakage. I respected that honesty instead of hearing unrealistic promises. The treatment took almost three hours, but they checked whether I needed water or coffee multiple times and never made me feel forgotten. A small issue happened when the first assistant accidentally tugged my hair too hard while drying it, but she apologized immediately and became gentler afterward. My hair now feels softer and easier to manage every morning.“

“I walked in & made my appointment for the first time. I had the BEST experience there! Nicki was OUTSTANDING! I wanted to do a copper red dye, which can be tricky when color matching. She found the exact color & it came out beautifully! Nicki also cut my hair and did such an amazing job! I would highly recommend this stylist to everyone. She can cut both men and women's hair! “I don’t normally leave reviews but this place definitely earned one. As a guy, I was honestly a little hesitant about going to a salon instead of a traditional barbershop. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Mary was friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. The salon was very clean, they got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and the haircut came out exactly how I wanted it. The whole experience was relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Love coming here. The salon itself is super cute. Ask for Katie, she’s awesome! You can walk in and tell her, hey give me some wild colors, and she will absolutely blow it out of the water. After chatting about books during a regular trim appointment, we decided to do a full color based off of a dungeon crawler carl book cover, and she absolutely nailed it. I had 0 vision and just let her go to town. 10/10 would recommend. She’s also super welcoming and makes being in her chair a nice relaxing space.“
